a. We accept returns for defective and non-defective poducts where they are returned to us in the same condition as sent.
b. We accept exchanges – we will replace your goods with an alternative
c. To arrange a return, you should contact us on 01332 865933 or email sales@247labels.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods
d. For defective goods, carriage wll be arranged by Us. For non-defective goods, You will arrange and pay for return carriage.
e. We do not charge a re-stocking fee
f. We will refund your order within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods, subject to them being undamaged.
